Prices for products displayed in AestiqueWellness.com are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, AestiqueWellness.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend at any time without prior notice.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that :

* Any debit/credit card information you provided is true, correct, and complete.
* Charges incurred by you will not be honoured by your debit/credit card company.
* You will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

The availability of the products and services described on the Site, and the description of such products and services, may vary based on location and timing.

AestiqueWellness.com strongly encourages you to carefully review orders for goods that are to your specification.

AestiqueWellness.com will, at our our own discretion, honor the standard manufacturer warranties. Each individual product is entitled to its own manufacturer warranty period and specifications.

Return or exchange is allowed within seven (7) working days from date of receipt and proof of purchase must be presented.

Return and/or exchange of an order is only allowed for the following conditions :

INCORRECT ITEM that does not match the description or specification by which they are sold.

DAMAGED ITEM when order is received in a damaged state.

DEFECTIVE ITEM that has signs of manufacturing defect or dysfunction.

CANCELLATION is not allowed for paid order(s) and in delivery stage. AestiqueWellness.com strongly encourages user to review your cart before proceeding to payment.

Our online payment system is operated by a service provider specialising in secure online payments.

Please note that our delivery is 3-5 working days for West Malaysia, 3-7 working days for East Malaysia with exceptions of additional 3 working days during Holidays period.
